Renault is looking for a STR & Fleet Manager, expert at communication and negotiating, for the Danish market. In this position, you will be an important link to our fleet customers and our dealers.

This is a full time employment starting as soon as possible. You report to the Country Managing Director and the position is located in the Danish headquarter in Ballerup.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for negotiating a volume target towards the STR companies, maximize sales towards public entities, and motivate & ensure local PC fleet sales through the network.
  • Creating, building & maintaining a close relationship with key STR clients, stake holders within the automotive public sector.  Closely follow and encourage local fleet dealer sales activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring and positively influence the residual value of our brands.
  • Rolling quarterly forecast of STR and public tender fleet sales.
  • Monitor local fleet orders and stock pipeline – and minimize old fleet stock to the level of Renault guidelines.
  • Responsible for dealers maintaining a fleet car customer and prospect visit rate.
  • Responsible for operating within pre-determined budget/MCX guidelines as determined by line manager
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting both fleet car market activity and competitor intelligence
  • Follow and file public fleet tenders (ICE and EV) in cooperation with our dealer network.
  • Ensure STR and local fleet grids, range information and spec sheets towards the network or key accounts

 

Your Profile

 

  • 5 years experience with automotive fleet sales
  • 3 years relevant higher education
  • An established network
  • Knowledge in legislation, taxation, funding & VLC/SMR costs
  • Knowledge in residual value principles
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both in writing and spoken
