Moodagent is all about creating a new standard for music streaming. We are looking for a Junior Label Content Manager to join the Danish team at our global headquarters in Copenhagen.

As our Junior Label Content Manager you have a genuine passion for music, good knowledge of the music industry and great structural skills. Most likely you have experience within the music industry, or a relevant university degree.

You will be responsible for managing content and oversee release processes, and you will assist in securing new content from labels and distributors.

And, last but not least, you must be a fun, friendly and helpful colleague. At Moodagent we laugh a lot, work hard, and always help each other out. We are busy, and we know that we can only succeed if everyone is running in the same direction and has each others’ backs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage content and oversee release processes as part of our Content team
• Work closely with Ingestion and Catalogue teams on weekly content loads
• Assist in securing new content from labels and distributors
• Recognize and scout new and interesting content providers
• Funnel label priorities and create on overview for our Marketing and Editorial teams

Qualifications:

• A music enthusiast with a keen interest in the business perspective of the music industry
• Knowledge about record labels and Digital Streaming Platforms. Preferred but not necessary
• A structured individual that works systematically with administrative routines
• Music industry experience. Preferred but not necessary
• Fluent in English with strong writing and oral communication skills
• Works well in Excel/Google sheets, Power Point, etc
• Ability to work with global procedures
• Danish and English (fluently written and read)
• Steadfast interest in equality and diversity across culture and art
