AltaPay is looking for a student assistant that can proactively support and help drive the execution of our Nordic and International communication. Furthermore, to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to identify ways of optimizing our communication to positively drive and impact our business.

Based in Copenhagen in our office in Søborg, AltaPay is a fintech company that offers the best omni-channel payment solution dedicated to helping merchants, partners and consumers to make and receive payments. Our omnichannel payment solution allows retailers to automate reporting and financial reconciliation. We also manage PCI-DSS compliance as well as creating a seamless and engaging customer experience. We operate across 22 European countries and our customer base is growing, which means there are multiple exciting projects in the pipeline.

WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
You will be responsible for:

• Updating marketing content and managing our social media platforms;
• Updating our website content and building our web framework (Direct Acquisition and Partnerships);
• Supporting ad hoc execution of market- and product driven communication towards existing business as well as new opportunities;
• Providing internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Boarding and Product Owners) with assistance, information and sparring for ensuring best possible campaign execution;
• Monitoring the impact from executed campaigns and tracking KPI performance, as well as structuring and sharing this knowledge to further leverage the overall communication strategy at AltaPay;
• Ad hoc tasks e.g. internal and external event planning.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We expect you to:

• Be studying marketing, communication, business administration or something similar, at either BA or MA level, with min. 1 year of studies left;   
• Hold a strong interest in and understanding of digital marketing;
• Be interested in global eCommerce – alternative payments and the checkout experience;
• Be technically savvy and quick to learn new systems;
• Be comfortable digging into data to figure out the “why” behind results;
• Be a proficient user of InDesign & MS Office;
• Be an excellent written and verbal communicator of English at professional proficiency level;
• Be able to speak and write in one of the Nordic languages;
