Moodagent is hiring an Executive Assistant for a new music streaming service.

Do you want to be part of creating the music streaming service of the future? Then come join the creative forces at Moodagent.

We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to help our VP of Engineering make the most of his time.

You’re an experienced EA and have worked with meeting preparation, project coordination, organizing, and helping with presentations and communications. You will be a key player when we onboard new employees on the Engineering team, and will not only be working closely with Engineering, but also with the Product and Design teams as we scale globally.

Your ability to make team members meet their deadlines, and management feel secure in your hands, is very important. We are looking for someone with proven experience.

These are some of the things you’ll do:

• Help with meeting preparation
• Draft and proof-read communications
• Handle and direct communications
• Oversee strategic projects and critical tasks
• Organize and manage paperwork
• Data entry and reporting
• Create and improve operational processes and procedures
• Offer advice and guidance with regards to prioritizing and managing deadlines
• Problem-solve and prevent issues from reaching the executive’s desk

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skills – including fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and extreme resourcefulness
• Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline
• Experience working with data entry and reporting
