Global Marketing Manager for new music streaming service

For our team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team.


The Global Marketing Manager will create and execute (global) acquisition campaigns primarily online, in close collaboration with the Communications And Content Specialist and Marketing Digital Designer.


You have a proven experience with driving installs to an app and running acquisition campaigns on all thinkable platforms, with multiple a/b-testing variants, and attribution tracking. Facebooks platforms, Googles platforms, and all the other ad networks is your home turf, and you have an analytical approach to creating and testing on advertising.


You have a creative, playful and proactive mindset when it comes to making campaign assets. Ideas spring from your data-based knowledge of what works and what does not work, and together with the copy writer and graphics (and motion) designer you are always refining on existing campaigns, and briefing on new ones to improve campaign performance.


And last but not least, you must love music and be a fun, friendly and helpful colleague. At Moodagent we laugh a lot, we work hard and we always help each other out. We are busy, and we know that we can only succeed if everyone’s running in the same direction, and have each others backs.



  • Execute digital marketing campaigns according to the global strategy

  • Ownership of the Facebook Business Manager, Google ads platform and other advertising networks.

  • Lead development and execution of full year marketing plan in close coordination with the Director of Global Digital Marketing

  • Owner and super user of our attribution and deeplinking platform (We use Branch.io. Great if you know it already, but we can also provide you with the needed training)

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure correct implementation of the approved copy and graphics design.

  • Track, analyze and report - provide updates and dashboards to the team 



  • 10+ years digital marketing experience

  • Strong analytical approach

  • Strong time management and organizational skills. The ability to multitask while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail is essential

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively

  • Knowledge of CMS, proficiency in marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office and Google docs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish a rapport with others on the team and external parties in the same manner

  • Collaborative, team-focused style of working. Self-sufficient and a positive attitude, a natural problem solver

  • Passionate about outcome and is highly results driven



As part of the interview process we will ask you to write a campaign brief and execute an actual Google and/or Facebook campaign.
